Many
would-be "Fire Girls" (models) who are too far
away to work with us immediately are encouraged to start
as Contributing Models for Firegirls.com.
This is where you create your own content and submit it
to us--it can be a fun and rewarding pasttime. Contributors
who are accepted for publication on our site are given
a free membership, and are paid for every photo and video
we use. Please read the contents of this page carefully.

Federal
Law 18 USC 2257 requires that we have records available
for US District Attorneys and Attorneys General
to verify the age of every model we display.
We also need to know exactly who contributed the
pictures (if it's not the same person as the model).
It is also necessary to document each model's permission
in very specific, legal manners.
YOUR
IDENTITY IS KEPT STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. WE
WILL NOT RELEASE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT ANY CONTRIBUTOR
WITHOUT A COURT ORDER.

OUR
POLICIES
- We
do not publish the actual identity of the model or the
contributing member.
- We
do not sell your pictures to other web sites or distributors.
- We
may enhance, crop, resize or otherwise edit or modify
the images you send us. Photos and videos that we
use will receive a firegirls.com watermark (small semitransparent
logo) to reference their rightful origin in the event
of piracy.
- The
purpose of our member gallery is exhibitionism--it is
not the place to advertise adult entertainment services.
- By
submitting images or video to Firegirls.com, the contributor
grants publication rights to the publisher of Firegirls.com,
which are permanent. Contributions may not be withdrawn.
- The
webmaster (Alex) alone selects which photos or video contributions
are appropriate for publication, and what will be offered
as payment to the contributor for their usage.
- Subjects
in photos or video must appear to be willfully displaying
themselves. No photographs or video of unwilling participants,
unconscious individuals, acts of bestiality, mutilation
or abuse will be published.
PAYMENT
- Firegirls.com
only pays for contributed materials featuring women (we're
fireGIRLS.com, after all). Males are encouraged
to contribute erotic pictures or videos of themselves
for exhibitionism, personal expression and informational
purposes only (erotic male content might be purchased
for use at FireLoads.com, our "little brother"
site).
- The
payment for any contribution is determined solely by the
publisher (which is Alex), based on the quality, quantity,
creativity, uniqueness, number of models, and relative
eroticism of the contributed material.
- Payment
is by check in United States funds, drawn on a U.S. bank,
mailed within one month of publication. In some
cases payments can be made via Western Union or wire transfer.

actually USED on the site, not the amount of material
contributed. The amount offered is determined
by Alex Firestone based on quantity, quality and marketability
of the material. In some cases contributors

Alex responds with a clear interest, or before sending any

it to us so we can be legally entitled to purchase and use
them!
