To display your art in the Firegirls.com Erotic Art Galleries, you MUST fill out the form at the bottom of this page before uploading your artwork.

RULES FOR SUBMISSION
By submitting artwork or an entry form, the artist indicates his or her unconditional acceptance and compliance with these rules.

• All artists must be at least 18 years of age.
• The individual submitting the artwork MUST be the same individual who created the artwork, or the legal owner of the original works of the art pictured.
• The art must depict nudity, sex or some aspect of sexuality.
• The artist may use any medium.
• Electronically submitted image files must be at least 500 pixels along their shorter edge (preferably more than 700).
• Not all entries will be posted. The publisher reserves the right to refuse any submissions for any reason.
• The image files of the submitted art may be altered as needed for exhibition by the staff of Firegirls.com; furthermore, the artist grants Fire House Productions permission to use elements of the artwork to promote its online art galleries, the web site itself, or as illustrations in other areas of the web site or its products.
• Artists may sign and copyright their art, if desired, however, Firegirls.com will place its URL on the image or movie as a watermark so that individuals who download or share your images will have reference back to the gallery where they found them.
• By submitting artwork, the artist releases the publisher and its staff from any responsibility for any local laws the artist may have violated in submitting the artwork.  The publisher offers these galleries as a free service to erotic artists who are not restricted to exhibit here, but does not compel or entice any particular artist.
• The publisher will be displaying the artwork on its free site, which is accessible to visitors free of charge. Promotions for the same site may appear on the same page as the artist's entries, in part, to help alleviate the cost of hosting and managing the erotic art section of the site.
• By submitting artwork, the artist grants the publisher non-exclusive internet publication rights.  The artist is free to license and/or distribute his/her work to other internet publishers.  Furthermore, the publisher does not assume the right to sell copies of the artwork received from the artist.  All artwork exhibited here is sized, compressed, then displayed at less than reproduction quality.  An "art quality," commercial print larger than a postcard could not be generated from our art gallery images, no matter the image size and quality of the original contribution.
• Artwork is no longer accepted by mail.  Submitting artists must transmit their works via e-mail attachment, or by supplying a URL from which qualifying art may be downloaded at the publisher's discretion.
• For the purpose of this agreement "the publisher" of this web site includes the entities "Alex Firestone," "Alex Firestone Productions, LLC ," "Firegirls.com," their successors, or assigns.
